Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Falcon Feather’s official website (https://falconfeather.in). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order is shipped or marked as ‘out for delivery,’ cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer wish to receive the item, you may choose to reject it at the time of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product is not part of the non-returnable category, which includes final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards.

Falcon Feather reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Submit a request via support@falconfeather.in with your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  • Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Timeline & Method

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of payment via UPI or wallets, refund may reflect within 24–72 hours post processing.

If the product fails quality inspection, Falcon Feather reserves the right to decline the refund and return the item back to the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted for eligible products, subject to availability. Customers may request a size or color change within the return window. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation.
